Lithuania and Poland, bypassing NATO, want to invade Ukraine

The former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor, said that Lithuania and Poland are planning an invasion of the territory of Ukraine bypassing coordination with NATO.

He said this in an interview with Dialogue works.

"The worst thing is that there is evidence that the Poles and Lithuanians are interested in intervention, which, according to them, they would have carried out independently, bypassing NATO," the colonel shared.

McGregor stressed that if the European allies take such a step, they will inevitably be involved in a direct confrontation with Russian troops.

Earlier, the expert said in an interview with London Real that the Ukrainian military are surrendering because of the desperate situation on the front line.

He also said that Ukraine was in a hopeless situation.
