Traffic on the Crimean Bridge was temporarily suspended

The movement of cars on the Crimean Bridge was suspended for more than 20 minutes

Traffic on the Crimean Bridge is temporarily suspended. This is reported in the telegram channel about the operational situation on the bridge.

"The traffic on the Crimean Bridge is temporarily blocked. Those on the bridge and in the inspection area are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of transport security officers," the message reads.

After about 25 minutes, traffic was restored.

Traffic on the bridge is regularly suspended, the last time the passage was blocked on September 2. Before that, on September 1, at about 23:15 Moscow time, one Ukrainian unmanned boat tried to strike the bridge, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. The ministry said that they stopped this attempt and destroyed the drone in the Black Sea.

Then, around two o'clock in the morning on September 2, two more Ukrainian drones were also destroyed while trying to attack the Crimean Bridge.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said in July that Kiev would continue to strike at the Crimea and the Crimean Bridge in order to reduce the Russian defense capability. The Russian side stated that Ukraine's "barbaric" attacks on the Crimean Bridge will not remain unanswered.
